A private company in Palma is looking for a dedicated HVAC Sales Specialist to join their team in Mallorca on a permanent full-time contract. In this key role, you will combine technical expertise with customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for individuals and professionals seeking high-quality climate control products. Your primary duties will cover both front-of-house customer advice and back-office sales administration:

- Providing tailored advice to customers seeking air conditioning, heating, and plumbing equipment.
- Actively promoting products and guiding clients through available options to ensure the best purchasing decisions.
- Managing the complete administrative sales cycle, from order creation to invoice generation.
- Processing product returns, handling warranty claims, and managing administrative follow-ups carefully.




- Performing daily cash desk operations, including cash register control and balancing daily balance sheets accurately.

To perform successfully in this position, you need to meet the following key criteria:

- Essential existing knowledge in air conditioning, heating systems, or plumbing technology.
- Solid general computer skills to comfortably navigate sales management software and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service.
- Ability to work reliably, manage cash handling conscientiously, and keep records organized.

This position offers a permanent contract (indefinido) for full-time employment based in Palma, Mallorca. Your work schedule is clearly structured to allow a predictable routine: from Monday to Thursday, your working hours are from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. On Fridays, you will work continuous hours from 08:0 0 to 17:00, including a one-hour free break period.
