As IT Business Process Manager, you will lead the digitalization of Ru0026amp;D laboratory IT systems. You’ll partner with scientists, data stewards and data science teams to maximize value, automate processes, and ensure adoption of digital solutions. You’ll oversee GxP and non-GxP lab systems, collaborate with vendors, and shape future lab operating models for scientific excellence and business growth. This role offers the chance to drive meaningful impact by aligning IT with research objectives and regulatory needs.

• IT service delivery and project management for Lab systems in Ru0026D
• Lead implementation of a scientific data platform for Ru0026D labs
• translate business requirements into technical/functional specs and organize into value streams
• design technical systems and processes aligned with strategic Ru0026D needs
• maximize value of IT solutions and ensure adoption, efficiency and homogeneity
• maintain updated system maps and data flows in IT inventories
• ensure instrument software reliability, backups, security, data integrity and GxP compliance
• coordinate with Lab Vendors and service teams to meet performance expectations
• lead operational Lab forum and drive key functional enhancements on lab software
• serve as SPOC for users and ensure cost-efficient upgrades aligned with business goals
• establish KPIs to measure area performance




• lead project management with agile approaches for new solutions
• coordinate implementation of a laboratory data platform
• perform change management with business counterparts to ensure proper adoption
• perform regular requirements reviews to safeguard user needs
• maintain documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
• communicate effectively with stakeholders across locations
• build governance for lab topics and engagement with Data Science and data stewards

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of Lab Software Management experience
• Experience leading digital lab implementation projects in pharma from design to deployment
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects with vendors and stakeholders
• Experience in lab application development, process design, and system validation
• Knowledge of laboratory processes and systems (LIMS, EMPOWER, LAB-X, ELN) and business process configuration
• Broad understanding of Pharma industry including GxP compliance
• Spanish and English proficiency
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder relationship building
• Agile or Scrum certifications a plus
• Knowledge of laboratory data platforms a plus
• Ability to coordinate across geographically dispersed teams
• User-centric and results-oriented mindset
• Scientific mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
