As a Dutch Google Ads Sales Executive, you will drive growth for our valued clients in the Dutch market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on providing exceptional service-oriented solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. Your objective is to onboard a portfolio of new clients, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy. We seek a proactive individual with a proven sales track record who can thrive in a goal-oriented environment and deliver high-performing PPC campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients, understanding their objectives to develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients through outbound calls; focus on increasing spend and campaign upselling.
- Market Engagement: Engage with the Dutch market to detect customer needs, offering adapted solutions and identifying potential future unicorns.




- Account & Database Management: Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients daily, maintaining an updated customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Performance & KPIs: Work consistently to meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term loyalty and satisfaction by building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing timely resolutions to inquiries.
- Strategic Optimization: Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities, ensuring high-quality service and sales support.

Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Languages: C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
