The Global Expansion team is looking for a CRM & Growth Specialist to help us build and scale the growth engine behind our newest markets.
General Expansion is all about entering new markets, figuring out what works, and turning those learnings into scalable growth. We combine Direct Sales and Partnerships, which means there are many things to build from scratch: processes, journeys, automations, segmentation, reporting, lead management and ways of working.
We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, highly curious, tech‑savvy and obsessed with making things work better. Someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks “this should be automated”, loves experimenting with AI and new technologies, and enjoys working closely with other teams to turn ideas into growth.
This is not a role where you’ll inherit a perfectly built CRM machine. You’ll help build it.

Your Mission
- Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies, designing journeys that move prospects from first touch to sales opportunity and beyond.




- Build and optimise workflows, automations, lists, campaigns and other CRM assets, making sure our teams can execute efficiently and at scale.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and automate them, constantly looking for ways to improve how we work through technology, AI and smart CRM solutions.
- Design segmentation and targeting strategies based on ICP, market maturity, buyer behaviour, source, channel and business priorities.
- Build new processes from scratch when there is no existing playbook, and turn successful experiments into scalable ways of working.
- Track and analyse CRM performance, connecting activities and lifecycle metrics to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Continuously experiment and optimise campaigns, automations and customer journeys based on data, user behaviour and market learnings.
