About The Position

We are looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to build and scale a high-performing influencer program that drives measurable revenue growth across creator tiers and channels.



The adecuado candidate is experienced in scaling macro and mega creator partnerships, building performance analytics frameworks, and leading influencer teams at DTC e-commerce brands.

Requirements

- 5+ years of influencer marketing experience at a DTC e-commerce brand, including direct management of influencer teams and agency partners.
- Proven track record of scaling macro, mega, and KOL partnerships, with experience building repeatable outreach and partnership frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong negotiation skills - able to structure and close partnership deals with creators at all tiers, including macro, mega, and medical/KOL profiles.
- Proven ability to build analytics systems that drive performance improvement - with a track record of designing measurement frameworks that led to measurable gains in influencer ROI.
