We are looking for a highly driven Head of Operations to build the operational foundation for the next stage of Balance Phone. Our DTC business is growing at a very high pace, B2B is becoming a meaningful new channel, and we’re establishing local operations in the UK and US.

Own Supply & Inventory: Build the planning behind what we buy, when we buy it and where we position it, balancing availability, growth and cash efficiency. Establish our local operational footprint, including 3PLs, inventory flows, carriers, fulfilment and returns. Build an operating model that allows DTC, B2B, retail and distribution to scale together.

Build Systems & Visibility: Define the KPIs, tools,



automation and processes that let us anticipate problems rather than react to them. You understand inventory, supply planning, international logistics and 3PL management deeply. You know how to develop junior talent and delegate ownership as the team grows.

Tech & AI fluent: you use AI daily and are comfortable working with tech integrations, automation, and data tools to build better operations.
