Job Responsibilities
- Support Finnish-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat with inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and account services.
- Serve as a mediator between customers and general accommodation providers to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records within CRM systems and internal software.
- Follow established operational guidelines while exercising sound judgment to resolve unique customer needs.
- Collaborate actively with team members to meet quality standards and service targets.

Requirements
- Finnish: Native or C2 level; fluent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attentive listening abilities.
- Solid computer literacy:



Office 365, CRM platforms, and general digital workflow tools.
- Solution-driven mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Resilience and a constructive attitude when handling challenging customer scenarios.
- Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or hospitality is preferred.

Benefits & Work Conditions
- Contract: Full-time (38.5 hours/week), scheduled Monday through Sunday with fixed shift patterns and 2 days off per week.
- Salary: €23,500 gross/year (plus quarterly performance bonuses).
