Role Description The Owner role at Gama Inmobiliaria is a full-time, on-site position based in Valencia. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the real estate business, including managing property listings, monitoring client relationships, and coordinating sales and rental processes.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through transactions, supervising marketing initiatives, reviewing contracts and documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Owner will lead and support team members, make strategic decisions about property management and business growth, and maintain strong partnerships with clients, service providers, and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in real estate operations, including property sales, rentals, and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, with the ability to advise and support individuals, investors, and companies throughout transactions.
- Solid business and financial acumen, including budgeting,



profitability analysis, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, contracts, and documentation processes in Spain, particularly in the Castellón and Valencia areas.
- Effective leadership skills, with experience supervising teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal, in Spanish; English or additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for property management, online marketing, and customer communication (phone, email, WhatsApp, web).
- Ability to work on-site in Valencia, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, well-informed decisions.
- Previous experience as a business owner, manager, or senior leader in real estate or a related sector is highly beneficial.
