In this position, you will be deeply involved in the daily HR operations, ensuring administrative accuracy across the employee management lifecycle.
Your core tasks will include:
- Processing employee registrations, onboardings, terminations, and contract management.
- Handling labor incidents and maintaining organized personnel records.
- Managing required documentation for Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
- Processing invoice settlements and administrative tracking for self-employed professionals (autónomos).
- Utilizing MS Office software and modern AI tools to streamline human resources workflows.





To excel in this role, you must meet key qualifications focused on administrative training and practical experience.
Requirements include:
- Completed specialized training in Administration and Finance alongside PRL qualifications.
- At least 12 months of direct experience in an HR administrative environment.
- Good command of MS Office programs and practical user knowledge of AI productivity software.
- Essential fluency in Spanish; additional skills in Catalan and English are considered a valuable advantage.

This full-time opportunity offers a permanent employment contract (Indefinido) in Palma, offering stability and continuous growth. You will work a predictable schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:40, giving you plenty of free time to enjoy life in Mallorca. The position provides an annual remuneration of 22,000 EUR gross, paid across 12 monthly installments.
