Cresta is seeking an Embedded AI Expert to join our team and work closely with customers in a tactical execution role. You will configure and maintain our self‑service product Opera, identify key moments in conversations, and build insights and reports.
You will monitor trends, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customers’ analysts while collaborating with the Cresta team to maximize value. Experience with contact centers and SaaS tools is preferred.
