Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee global factory capacity and demand planning across Schneider Electric’s plants and external partners. You’ll coordinate with procurement, supply chain, planning, and tendering to balance workloads, map capacity, and drive visibility on current and future projects. You will lead cross-site planning, identify constraints, and support digitized reporting to enable efficient manufacturing execution and optimization at scale. This position offers strategic impact on plant utilization and resource alignment across regions.

• Lead demand planning and alignment with MDC Tendering and plant schedules
• Map factory status to balance resources and workload across sites
• Collaborate with Industrialization, Supply Chain, and tendering to optimize flows and capacity




• Provide back-log reporting for factory and customer projects; monitor SIOP, DSR, and orders
• Oversee workload analysis and inter-factory transfers; EU OG coordination for future utilization
• Deploy asset collection via M2C tool and track installed base
• Leverage digital reporting to standardize and simplify processes

Responsabilidades
• Engineer with 3+ years in assemblies and equipment integration
• 3+ years in project management
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• PowerBI knowledge
