We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international company for a Advisor I, Technical Support - Bilingual role in Barcelona, Malaga.
This role is a good fit for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
- Document resolutions clearly for internal knowledge bases
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant technical teams
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Danish, with strong English communication skills
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
