Are you a customer-focused professional fluent in German and English looking to build your career in an international environment? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA team in Terrassa, Spain. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and field technicians, delivering high-quality technical support via phone and email. Working closely with Territory Service Managers in Germany, you will prepare quotations for standard parts and services, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with our After‑Sales team across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the service sales team across Europe
- Manage after‑sales requests,



including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preparing cost estimates for parts and services
- Deliver technical support by researching and gathering information from documentation, internal resources, and factory contacts
- Use the CRM system to track opportunities, perform follow‑ups, and prepare reports

Profile
- Higher education in Sales, Administration or similar
- Previous professional experience as inside sales, customers service, or technical sales position
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Professional fluency in German (preferably native) and English is mandatory.
- Other languages such as French or Dutch would be an asset
- Good understanding of customer needs and service‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, proactivity, and attention to detail (including in remote settings)
