Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat with booking, payment, and account inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high-quality resolution of issues.
- Maintain complete accuracy when updating customer accounts using our CRM system and internal databases.
- Follow established company procedures while adapting creatively to solve unique customer challenges.
- Contribute positively to team goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Icelandic: Native or C2 level; fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active-listening abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools:



Office 365, CRM platforms, and general web interfaces.
- Strong critical thinking and solution-driven problem-solving mindset.
- Resilience and adaptability when handling high-volume or complex situations.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality is considered an advantage.

Benefits & Work Conditions:
- Contract: Full-time (38.5 hours/week), Monday to Sunday schedule with fixed shifts and 2 days off per week.
- Salary: €23,500 gross/year (with quarterly performance bonuses).
