Join us today as a Business Development Representative in our Madrid or Dublin, global Digital Center of Excellence. As a Business Development Representative, you will be focusing on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC.
- Play a key role in our sales team,



using digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales reps.
- Directly impact the pipeline, helping the team close deals more efficiently and effectively.
- Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
- Ensure enablement and trainings are part of your daily operating rhythm.
- Leverage world‑class enablement teams and take advantage of the investment we are allocating to you.
- Learn, be included in general projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

Qualifications
