The Opportunity

Camping is expanding its in-house editing team and is looking for a dedicated Junior Video Editor to support our senior editors on an ongoing basis.

This role is focused on technical editing work supporting our senior editors. You'll handle exports, localizations, and resizes for complex ad campaigns — work that requires excellent attention to detail and organization but is not creative editing. This position is idóneo for editors who enjoy technical precision and workflow efficiency, not for those seeking creative storytelling or filmmaking opportunities.

What You’ll Work On

Project types
- Handling technical deliverables: exports, localizations, and resizes for full-funnel ad campaigns alongside a senior editor.
- Editing long-form interviews and talks into concise, engaging educational clips for B2B brands.
- Post-production on branded content: explainers, social cutdowns, case studies and similar formats.
- Exploring and integrating AI tools to speed up and enhance editing workflows (e.g. rough cuts, transcripts, subtitling, versioning).

Key responsibilities
- Handle hundreds of complex deliveries for full-funnel ad campaigns with a senior editor; attention to detail will be key.
- Break down extended video content into short, impactful clips that follow client and internal guidelines.
