We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to owns the full E2E SW CRM product vision and roadmap across the CRM++ value stream. This role sets strategic direction and prioritizes initiatives as the roadmap matures, rather than executing a fixed, pre-defined plan.

Responsibilities include defining PRDs for cross-program initiatives, aligning business outcomes with technical solution architecture, and leading E2E product governance, including QBRs and steering committee updates. The role coordinates roadmap alignment across digital, operations, sales, and finance, driving cross-organizational product strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Multi-Cloud Roadmap

- Define Platform Vision: Align business goals (e.g., deal velocity, support resolution times) with appropriate Salesforce cloud solutions.
- Build Multi-Cloud Strategy: Evaluate the integration of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Data, Experience, Revenue/CPQ) within the enterprise architecture.
- Feature vs. Buy vs. Standard Evaluation: Determine the optimal path for functionality: standard Out-of-the-Box (OOTB), third-party managed packages, or custom Apex/LWC development.

2. Technical Strategy & AI/Automation Governance

- Agentic & AI Workflows: Strategize the implementation of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder) to automate business processes.
- Data Architecture Strategy: Partner with enterprise architects to leverage Data Cloud or external data lakes/warehouses, ensuring real-time data flow for unified reporting.
- Minimize Technical Debt: Manage custom code, legacy workflows, and Apex triggers,



migrating legacy setups toward standard platform automation (e.g., Flow Orchestration) to reduce maintenance overhead.

3. Stakeholder Management & Value Realization

- Executive & Business Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business units (Sales, Support, Marketing, Ops) and IT/Engineering, translating complex requests into scalable platform capabilities.
- ROI & Value Tracking: Measure business outcomes post-release (e.g., lead-to-opportunity conversion, user adoption, time-to-close, platform cost-per-user).
- Trade-Off Negotiation: Manage competing priorities across revenue and operations teams to sequence implementation phases into actionable MVPs.

4. Release Management & Ecosystem Alignment

- Salesforce Release Strategy: Evaluate platform releases to identify high-value features and plan sandbox regression tests.
- Vendor & AppExchange Governance: Manage third-party SaaS vendors, app package licenses, and external integrations within the SFDC environment.
- License & Capacity Planning: Monitor platform usage (API calls, storage, custom objects) to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

5. Agile Backlog & Delivery Supervision

- Epic & User Story Framing: Map out high-level epics, user journeys,



and technical dependencies for developers, architects, and admins.
- Sprint Execution Oversight: Partner with SFDC Product Owners or Scrum Masters during planning, refinement, and acceptance validation.

Job requirements:

- 9-12 years Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS environments; Principal-level product thinking.
- Deep, hands-on SFDC platform expertise: Funnel/Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, WXP (Partner/Subscription ecosystem).
- Deep E2E SW CRM ecosystem expertise: 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Enterprise-grade product management skills: roadmap prioritization, trade-off analysis, MoSCoW, and RICE frameworks.
- Multi-VP stakeholder management: comfort presenting to L3/L4 Sponsors and steering committees.
- Data-driven decision making: proficiency with SFDC dashboards, Tableau, and Excel forecasting models.
- Understanding of adjacent platforms: WXP (Subscription), SAP OTC, MDM/MADO, CPQ/IQ, Neuron, and Contractual/Transactional Selling.
