In this role you will own the Talent Growth product vision and roadmap, shaping technology enablement for skills-driven career growth, learning, and internal mobility. You will align talent strategy, skills data, and workforce demand to deliver personalized growth opportunities and improve skills visibility across NTT DATA. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to scale a skills-driven organization, driving adoption and measurable value. This is a strategic, impact-oriented leadership position with a clear hook in transforming how talent grows and is managed.

• Translate Talent Growth strategy into product outcomes, capabilities, user journeys, backlog priorities, and measurable value
• Own product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Talent Growth across NTT DATA Inc.
• Shape the technology roadmap to support a shift to a skills-driven organization
• Define technology-enabled personalized growth opportunities (learning, career development, internal mobility, gigs, mentoring, role readiness)
• Collaborate with People u0026 Culture, Talent, Learning, Workforce Planning, IT, Data, Architecture, Change and stakeholders to translate needs into product capabilities
• Connect market and organizational skills demand with employee profiles, learning pathways, and opportunities into a coherent strategy
• Prioritize backlog to maximize business value, scalability, and feasibility
• Define MVPs for new/enhanced capabilities to enable rapid validation and value realization
• Work with delivery teams and vendors to translate requirements into platform features and increments
• Ensure talent growth enables improved skills visibility, gap analysis, and internal mobility
• Partner with data/architecture teams on skills data foundations, governance, reporting, and analytics




• Champion a simple, intuitive employee experience for skills exploration and growth ownership
• Support managers with visibility of internal talent supply, gaps, and development opportunities
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on direction, adoption, and investment decisions
• Balance global standardization with regional needs for scalability
• Support adoption and behavioral change through change and communications teams
• Monitor performance, adoption, and outcomes to refine the product
• Evaluate emerging talent technologies and AI-enabled capabilities for talent growth
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, security, and integration standards

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of product ownership, lifecycle management, backlog prioritisation, and value-based prioritisation
• Deep understanding of talent growth, learning, internal mobility, and skills-based practices
• Experience with HR technology platforms and digital talent ecosystems
• Ability to connect talent strategy with skills data, workforce demand, and employee experience into a clear roadmap
• Experience moving organizations toward a skills-driven operating model
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders across multiple functions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguity into practical decisions
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executives and delivery audiences
• Commercial awareness with ability to assess investments, adoption impact, and sustainability
• Ability to operate in a complex, general, matrixed environment and drive adoption
• Curiosity about AI-enabled talent technologies and workforce analytics
• Exposure to HR platforms and talent tech ecosystems (advantageous)
