About The Role

What if your experience as a savvy online shopper could directly influence how AI communicates product information to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure they're accurate, genuinely helpful, and sound like something a real person would write.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a nose for content that doesn't quite ring true. No background in retail, e-commerce, or AI is required — just everyday familiarity with online shopping and a commitment to honest, thoughtful evaluation.

What You'll Do

- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations across a wide range of categories — from electronics and home goods to fashion, beauty, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, exaggerated language, fake-sounding phrases, and factual errors
- Flag content that could mislead consumers or fails to meet quality standards
- Provide structured,



detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Familiar with online shopping and product reviews — you know what good (and bad) reviews look like
- Able to assess content quality and authenticity with a critical, discerning eye
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluation
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required

Nice to Have

- Background in writing, editing, consumer research, or content evaluation
- Experience with quality assurance, product testing, or brand communications
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
