Are you an experienced machinery operator looking for a stable job in Mallorca? A waste management company based in Bunyola is looking for a Grapple Loader Machine Operator to join their team. If you hold the required driving licenses and have hands‑on experience handling heavy machinery, this full‑time role could be an adecuado fit for you.
In this position, you will play an active role in daily plant operations and material handling.
Your main duties will include:
- Loading waste materials safely and efficiently into transport trucks.
- Moving waste across designated areas within the facilities.
- Operating, controlling, and maintaining machinery correctly according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of previous experience operating heavy loading machinery.




- A valid Category C driving license.
- Mandatory machinery operator permits (such as backhoe, dumper, or crane licenses).
- No formal academic qualification is required.
- Having your own vehicle is highly recommended due to the difficulty of reaching the workplace in Bunyola via public transport.

What is offered:
- A permanent contract (Indefenido).
- Full‑time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, with required availability to work on occasional Saturdays.
- Gross salary of €1,800 per month (12 monthly payments).
