LEVEL Airlines in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Inflight Experience Specialist to join the Customer Experience team. You will help manage and improve passenger experience on board, including Wi‑Fi, IFE, catering, and coordination with suppliers and logistics.
You will support the Delivery Manager and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics and IT to define, monitor and optimize onboard processes, contributing to a high-quality, consistent experience for travellers.
