Senior Producer to lead production for the Features area of Minecraft Blast at King's New Games Studio. You will translate product goals into executable plans, manage multiple feature tracks, and drive clarity, quality, and momentum with cross-functional partners. You’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery, exposing risks early and guiding teams to impactful player experiences. This role blends production craft with product judgment in a playful, ambitious environment.

• Own production of the Features area from concept through release and iteration
• Translate product goals into clear plans and priorities with cross-functional leads
• Oversee day-to-day production across multiple feature tracks, tracking workload, dependencies, risks and quality
• Maintain production documentation and Jira backlog visibility; ensure decisions and ownership are up to date
• Ask critical questions to reveal ambiguity and unblock delivery with actionable recommendations
• Build a high-performing, accountable team through clear communication and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Significant game production experience leading multidisciplinary teams through development, release or live operations of at least one game or digital product
• Highly organized and proactive problem solver with strong production fundamentals and ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment
• Strong product judgement and commercial awareness balancing player value, business goals and constraints
• Quality-driven with genuine passion for games and the ability to inspire teams to deliver excellent player experiences
• Strong analytical skills to expose ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and provide clear recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communicator who builds trusted relationships and adapts leadership style to the team’s needs
