- Own end-to-end recruitment across our most critical hires — Engineering, Product, and Marketing

- Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand each role

- Deliver a sharp, human candidate experience from first touch to offer

- Contribute to employer branding, onboarding, retention, and internal initiatives that shape culture as we scale.

Requirements

- Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field

- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech companies, digital startups, or other highly demanding environments

- Proven track record hiring for technical and digital roles (Engineering, Product, Marketing)

- Skilled at uncovering the hidden 1% — passive candidates, niche profiles, talent others miss

- Strong professional network in the tech and product ecosystem

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

- Experience hiring senior and leadership profiles is nice to have





- Exposure to employer branding or People Ops initiatives is nice to have
