About the Role
As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Flow Real Estate MENA’s portfolio of wellness-driven residential, hospitality, and lifestyle properties.
Working closely with the Head of Design, Project Directors, Interior Design, Development, Operations, and external consultants,



you will translate Flow’s vision and brand standards into thoughtful, functional, and high-quality environments. You will contribute across all project phases, from feasibility and concept development through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
The ideal candidate is a design-led architect who combines strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and an understanding of wellness, hospitality, residential living, and human-centered design.

Responsibilities
Collaborate on concept design, feasibility studies, programming, schematic design, design development, presentations, and production.
Translate Flow’s brand vision and wellness-focused approach into architectural solutions across residential, hospitality, and lifestyle developments.
