Focus on sourcing talent for roles within the Live Casino industry across Europe, while supporting a broader range of international recruitment projects when required.
Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications and motivation, and assess alignment with specific role requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities, developing long-term professional relationships.
Collaborate closely with recruitment leadership and delivery stakeholders to ensure an efficient, responsive, and candidate-focused recruitment process.
