We are looking for an exceptional Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead a small portfolio of the world's most strategic enterprise customers.
This role goes beyond traditional enterprise sales. We are seeking a senior executive with the ability to build trusted relationships at C-Level, shape long-term business transformation strategies, and position Genesys as a strategic partner in our customers' AI and Customer Experience journey.
The successful candidate combines executive presence, commercial excellence, strategic vision and deep understanding of the evolving AI landscape to help customers redefine how they engage with their customers and employees.
