Experteer Overview
In this role you own the global Customer Advocacy strategy, shaping vision, governance, and scalable frameworks to drive business impact. You work on high-level strategy with stakeholders and ensure programme evolution, without handling day-to-day operations. You collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Pursuit to embed advocacy into strategic motions. This is a chance to lead a scalable, enterprise-grade programme that unlocks growth through customer value.

• Funnel strategy: define funnel stages, targets, analytics, milestones, and governance for changes
• Asset strategy: set content priorities, quality standards, and brand alignment; approve taxonomy
• SharePoint strategy: define taxonomy, lifecycle governance, and information architecture
• Reference strategy: design reference request process, tracking, and governance
• Engagement platform strategy: gamification, platform requirements, recognition framework, vendor evaluation, governance metrics
• Business impact strategy: define and monitor KPIs (TCV,



pipeline influence, win rate); partner with Sales to embed advocacy into motions; develop TCV dashboard; present to senior stakeholders; adoption metrics across function
• Governance ownership: establish Advocacy Council, decision frameworks, quarterly strategy reviews, programme standards and stakeholder communication
• Agency relationship: manage agency partnerships, contracts, and deliverable quality; vendor onboarding

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in customer advocacy, customer success, or related field
• Experience in B2B enterprise environment preferred
• Track record of building and scaling advocacy programs
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
• Familiarity with AI tools (Hey Marvin, Seismic, People AI)
• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Master's degree in Business or related field
• PMP certification desirable
