Experteer Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end renewal motions to protect and grow Autodesk’s DACH customer base. You work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline renewal workflows and drive seat expansions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and churn prevention. The position blends procurement collaboration, data-driven renewal management, and proactive stakeholder engagement to sustain retention and upsell opportunities. You will influence renewal practices and contribute to broader customer-success outcomes.
