In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair.

You'll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture.

Your Role
* Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.
* Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence.
* Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations,



optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers.
* Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Your Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of experience in e-bike mechanics, with extensive hands-on experience.
* Availability to relocate to Düsseldorf.
* Previous team management experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
