Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the product security and privacy project portfolio within PSPO, aligning initiatives with business strategy and stakeholder needs. You’ll manage cross-functional delivery, cultivate trusted relationships, and lead risk-aware strategies in a dynamic, general environment. You’ll also advance training, awareness, and adherence to evolving standards, including AI and regulatory changes. This position offers the chance to shape security and privacy programs that support Roche’s mission to improve patient access to healthcare.

• Drive a comprehensive product security and privacy project roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Coordinate multi-team and external partner work from initiation to closure with on-time, on-budget delivery

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of project management experience with portfolio management techniques
• 3+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or equivalent regulated environment
• Advanced scientific degree preferred
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from metrics
• Ability to work effectively in agile, multinational, and multi-location settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-driven with independent decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of security and privacy concepts is a plus
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are a plus
• SAFe SA/SP/SSM/POPM certifications are a plus
