As Data Platform Engineer - Snowflake, you design and evolve a cloud data platform that underpins enterprise data for smarter decision-making. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure platform capabilities and reusable data ingestion/processing components. You’ll build infrastructure with IaC, emphasizing reliability, compliance and security. This role offers impact across the data stack at a globally oriented firm with a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture and design of cloud data platform components to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories and solution designs, then implement and test platform capabilities
• Design and develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation and distribution to improve delivery speed and reliability
• Build and maintain infrastructure components using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code/automation tools
• Collaborate with architects,



security engineers, control functions and the Chief Data Office to strengthen regulatory compliance, security and platform reliability
• Work with product owners to translate vision into concrete implementations

Responsabilidades
• At least three years in platform or data engineering with focus on enterprise data platforms
• Strong expertise in the modern data stack, especially Snowflake
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform), automation and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow)
• Good programming skills in Python and/or Java
• Experience with SDLC tools (Git, JIRA, Artifactory, GitHub)
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring responsible use of data and AI outputs
