Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Ru0026amp;D-led project execution for airport mobility solutions, bridging mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams. You’ll manage plans, budgets, and governance to deliver high-impact products on a global scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and report on progress to executives, shaping safe and efficient aviation infrastructure. This position offers hybrid on-site with some remote work within an international, technically demanding environment.

• Develop and maintain Ru0026D project plans, schedules, milestones and resources
• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of planned outputs
• Track budgets, development costs and resource utilization
• Coordinate activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain
• Organize and facilitate project review meetings, progress tracking and reporting
• Escalate issues impacting objectives and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with product development processes and governance




• Maintain project documentation and KPI reporting

Responsabilidades
• Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies
• Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge
• Experience in Product Development Processes u0026 PM Tools in general environments
• Ability to lead initiatives in a matrix organization without formal authority
• 5-7 years of work experience in program management or consultancy (preferred)
• Location in Asturias (Baíña, Mieres)
• Analytical with facilitation and communication skills
• Tailor reports for Executive levels
• Conflict resolution and relationship-building abilities
• MS Office proficiency
• High English level
• Willingness to travel
