Experteer Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end operations of our integrated hotel payment platform, shaping processes, automation, and controls as we scale. You’ll manage disputes, negative balance recovery, payout reconciliation, and risk monitoring, while ensuring data quality and clear visibility of risks. With a data-driven mindset, you’ll build dashboards and drive decisions that improve win rates, recovery, and financial close. You will collaborate across Finance, Product, Customer Care, and the payment provider to create a scalable, trusted payments operation.

• Own the dispute lifecycle end-to-end from intake to representment and win-rate optimization
• Monitor dispute-rate thresholds and proactively escalate at-risk accounts
• Oversee negative balance recovery including aging dashboards, cohort tracking, and outreach coordination
• Manage payout and settlement reconciliation across platform, bank statements, and internal reporting
• Investigate discrepancies and automate recurring reconciliation workflows
• Monitor payment risk and fraud signals; partner with payment provider on reviews, reserves, and restrictions
• Own payments reporting and data quality; maintain weekly risk dashboard and monthly KPI scorecard
• Develop and improve SOPs, controls, and audit trails for disputes, escalations, recovery, and risk reviews




• Serve as primary payments operations contact; collaborate with Support, Product, Finance, Onboarding, and Providers
• Provide backup for critical billing workflows during high volume, holidays, or absences

Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years in payments operations, disputes/chargebacks or merchant risk at PSP/fintech/marketplace
• Hands-on dispute lifecycle experience: evidence submission, representment, reason codes, win-rate optimization
• Experience with connected-account/platform payment models (Stripe Connect, Adyen for Platforms) or similar
• Reconciliation skills across processor reports, bank statements, and internal ledgers
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; SQL proficiency or fast willingness to learn
• Strong stakeholder management across Support, Product, Finance, hoteliers, and providers
• Data-driven approach with close work to data and metrics
• Builder mindset with experience creating SOPs/workflows from scratch; preference for automated reports
• Autonomous, structured, proactive style; fluent English; additional languages a plus
