Foundever is looking for French and English Customer Support Specialists to join an international project supporting a leading company in the electronic device warranty and insurance sector.This opportunity is idóneo for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment while developing their career within a global company.Key responsibilities:Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices.Handle customer queries, incidents, and claims professionally and efficiently.Provide customer support in French while using English as a working language.Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.What we offer:Temporary contract (6 months) with real possibilities for continuity.Hybrid work option available after the nesting period and achievement of campaign KPIs (up to 50% remote).Paid online training included in the contract.Modern office located in Seville.Working schedule:- Monday to Friday:
