You lead software development projects across Nordex turbine platforms within Global Engineering, driving reliable execution and timely delivery. You coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical quality and secure software functions for safe wind turbine operation. You evaluate ideas, align scope and timelines with peers, and manage risk and prototype testing. You work in a multicultural environment to advance turbine control and software capabilities that matter for performance and sustainability. This role offers a chance to shape software projects at scale and collaborate across integral teams.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Project management experience with a focus on software and cybersecurity projects, PM certification preferred
• Experience in the wind turbine industry, especially electrical/control systems
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment
• Fluent English; Spanish or German beneficial
