In this role you drive sourcing and promotion strategies for Expedia Group’s B2B partners, delivering compelling promotional rates across general markets. You’ll align with Supply Marketing, Supply Strategy, Product, and Brands to create measurable growth and sustainable value for partners and travelers. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, influence product teams, and spark innovation in promotional campaigns. This is a high-impact, strategic role at a fast-growing area of promotional sourcing.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in promotional merchandising, supply, or similar roles at a tech company
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising
• Strong understanding of supply dynamics and rate structures in travel
• Data-driven, analytical with comfort using performance data and trends
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence across functions
• Strong communication skills for senior audiences
• Self-motivated, collaborative, with proactive project management and bias for action
