Amaley is building a trusted reproductive-health platform that helps women make informed decisions about fertility care. We combine authentic patient reviews, practical information, and access to more affordable fertility treatment abroad.

The role

We are looking for a highly resourceful and independent Reviews & Operations Associate to lead the development of a women’s health platform.

Your primary responsibility will be finding women who have received fertility treatment, collecting detailed and authentic reviews, and building a scalable system for organizing and publishing their experiences. You will also help develop Amaley’s network of nurses, accommodations, and other patient-support resources in Spain.

This is a hands-on startup role for someone who is comfortable reaching out to a high volume of people, following up persistently, and building new projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Build Amaley’s reviews platform

- Identify and reach out to women who have undergone egg freezing, IVF, or other fertility treatments.
- Conduct structured interviews and collect detailed, authentic patient reviews.
- Develop new channels and partnerships for sourcing reviewers.
- Secure and document consent before publishing patient experiences.
- Organize reviews by clinic, doctor, treatment, location, cost, and patient experience.
- Verify key information and distinguish patient opinions from factual claims.
- Maintain an organized database of reviewers, outreach, consent, and publication status.
- Help design and improve Amaley’s review-collection process.
- Track review targets and provide weekly progress updates.
- Identify patterns in reviews that can help patients compare clinics more effectively.

Support Amaley’s operations in Spain





- Find and screen qualified nurses and other patient-support professionals.
- Research hotels, serviced apartments, and short-term accommodations near fertility clinics.
- Contact accommodation providers regarding pricing, availability, flexible policies, and potential partnerships.
- Maintain organized databases of providers, accommodation options, and local resources.
- Visit potential partners in Valencia and occasionally travel elsewhere in Spain.
- Assist with other research, outreach, and operational projects as Amaley grows.

Adecuado candidate

- Fluent in English; Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Based in Valencia and authorized to work in Spain.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in research, community building, operations, journalism, recruiting, healthcare, partnerships, or customer success.
- Comfortable reaching out to large numbers of people through email, social media, WhatsApp, phone, and online communities.
- Persistent with follow-ups while remaining warm and respectful.
- Able to manage projects independently without detailed daily direction.
- Sensitive and empathetic when discussing fertility and personal medical experiences.
- Exceptionally organized and comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and CRM tools.
- Strong written communication and interviewing skills.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where priorities may evolve.
