The Job: As the Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist, you’ll be part of our Service team. You’ll get to: * Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Review, validate,



and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines. * Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions. * Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements. * Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency. * Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively. * Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools. * Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working.
