ADP is hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI and ML systems.
- Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, -Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.
- Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment,



observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience building developer platforms, internal developer portals, or AI development tooling.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
