Paulig seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 30–40 production workers at our Berga site in Spain. You will coach and develop team leaders, start up and adjust production lines, and ensure daily objectives are met while upholding safety and quality.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate personnel planning, drive improvement proposals, and work with a diverse international team to advance our sustainable food culture.
