The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The idóneo candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.Requirements:Community Engagement and Management:Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.Program Development and Execution:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs,



including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors.Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community.Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisitionData Analysis and Reporting:Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction.Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred if possibleExperience:1.
