Your Impact:

Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for advising and selling the products of Parfums Christian Dior, offering the highest level of service to customers, in order to achieve the established objectives

This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and promoting the brand image, while ensuring the highest level of customer experience and building strong relationships with local and international clients.





The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Retail Area Manager, Retail Store Managers, Counter Manager, and other retail team members.

Job responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-Day Missions
- Sell Dior productsand provide a high level of service to customers throughout the sale process by applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling approach.
- Achieve sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Educate customers about Dior and its products, increasing brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Participate in maintaining the merchandising counter in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Change displays in accordance with new product launches and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager/Boutique Manager.
- Perform all operational and administrative tasks assigned.
