Experteer Overview
In this role you will own a product end-to-end within Unit4’s ERP-focused software for government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and collaborate with design and AI-assisted engineering to ship and continuously improve the product. You’ll validate problems with customers, prioritize the backlog, and track adoption to maximize impact. This is a hands-on role with close customer interaction and a clear path from idea to live product and ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate daily with designers and an AI-assisted development team to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Co-design with customers in working sessions with user researchers.

Responsabilidades
• Seasoned product manager with lifecycle ownership across research, requirements, design, and launch
• Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience a plus
• Comfortable working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales
• Bias to ship and track real product usage in customers’ hands
