Experteer Overview
As Architect at Fastned in Madrid, you shape station designs that enhance customer experience while integrating modular Fastned stations into service areas along highways. You’ll work with the Madrid team and across countries to deliver high-quality construction documents and permit-ready plans. You’ll solve design challenges for optimal charging experiences and engage with local authorities and partners. This role sits at the intersection of architectural creativity, mobility scaling, and sustainable energy.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create design concepts based on modular design standards and guide projects through design and construction phases 1–4
• Conduct site visits and analyze survey data, traffic flows, entrances/exits, and other information
• Develop creative design solutions for challenging locations to optimize charging experience
• Coordinate with local authorities and external partners regularly
• Prepare complete plans for building permit procedures




• Collaborate with location design, expansion, and construction teams to deliver high-quality construction documents
• Act as an ambassador for Fastned and electric mobility to internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5–9 years of experience as an Architect (ideally)
• Strong communicator with experience navigating multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with approval procedures in Spain and discussing projects with local authorities
• Native-level Spanish and business-proficient English
• Experience with Revit
• Background in design of public spaces, infrastructure, or site development (or willingness to develop in these areas)
