As Engineering Manager at Auctane, you lead a multi-member team to deliver high-quality software while refining people-management processes. You’ll work with other engineering managers to define workflows and drive improvements, contributing to a newly formed team. You’ll ensure code quality, architecture decisions, and timely delivery within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role offers impact through shaping team practices and engineering excellence in a fast-paced scale-focused company.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS
• Expertise in low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Programming proficiency in at least one OO language and related framework
• Experience delivering CI/CD and cloud infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Belief in continuous delivery and value delivery to clients
• Full product lifecycle ownership including code, infrastructure, and on-call support
• Willingness to learn new languages/technologies
• Ability to balance quality with challenging deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional teamwork
• Fluency in English
