Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and operate scalable AI infrastructure to support production AI agents for Siemens Energy. You’ll work within the AI Factory to deliver secure, repeatable platforms that enable rapid deployment and cost-efficient runtimes for AI services. You will partner with senior architects to shape a platform enabling AI workloads across Gas Services, contributing to the company’s engineering legacy. This is a hands-on role focused on reliability, performance, and developer enablement in a fast-growing AI environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain production-grade AI infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CDK), monitoring, logging, and deployment automation
• Tune LLM workloads for performance and cost with autoscaling, caching, batching, and right-sizing strategies
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads, including model and prompt versioning, tests, and rollback
• Support agent-tool integration patterns with MCP and production infra ensuring authentication, auditing, reliability, and performance
• Create platform docs, runbooks, self-service tooling,



and automated alerts to improve developer experience and operations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to production incidents with self-healing capabilities for AI infra

Responsabilidades
• Approximately 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering, including production AI/ML workloads
• Strong expertise with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock Agent Core)
• Hands-on experience with IaC solutions (Terraform or CDK)
• Solid knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for backend/ML systems
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and rapid production issue resolution
• Interest in or experience with LLM serving, vector databases, and AI platforms
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
