Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions.
- Create and manage SCCM Task Sequences for new deployments, refreshes, and migration projects.
- Build and maintain WinPE Boot Images and enterprise Windows reference images.
- Package, deploy, and manage hardware drivers for HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices.
- Develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployment and imaging activities.
- Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise deployment projects.
- Configure and maintain Distribution Points, Boundary Groups, and Content Management.
- Troubleshoot complex imaging, deployment, driver, and application installation issues.
- Analyse deployment logs including SMSTS.log, DISM logs, and Windows setup logs.
- Support MDT to SCCM migration initiatives.
- Perform BIOS configuration and firmware deployment for enterprise devices.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Workplace Services teams.
- Provide Level 3 support for critical endpoint deployment incidents.
