Job Summary
The Sales Center Lead manages the Barcelona Sales Center as a multi-country hub for HP-employed teams across EMEA, ensuring consistent enablement, workforce alignment, and operational effectiveness across country-owned teams operating within the site. The role will collaborate closely with the WW Sales Center Director & the Country Sales teams to manage the day to day Sales Center executions within the site in alignment with the commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
Sales Center Operations & Governance
- Establishes the operating framework for SC functions, defining expectations, workflows, and country-specific performance measures.
- Build a unified HP site culture across multiple country organizations
- Oversees the adoption and continuous improvement of SC operational standards, ensuring Sales Managers apply practices effectively.
- Align country leaders on priorities, capacity allocation, and operating cadence
- Drives operational governance to ensure clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.
Sales Enablement & Performance Enhancement
- Builds and maintains a robust enablement environment, ensuring teams have effective tools, learning programs, system support, and incentives.
- Standardize onboarding, training, certification, and tool adoption for HP teams
- Drive productivity improvement through best practice sharing across teams
- Consolidate KPI visibility and highlight performance gaps across teams
- Continuously evaluates enablement resources and collaborates with leadership to implement improvements that enhance sales productivity.
- Supports development of capability-building programs that strengthen sales readiness and operational excellence.
Facilities, Site Operations & Expansion
- Oversees SC site operations, including maintenance, operational readiness, equipment planning, and workplace standards.
