Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Identify and prioritize SMB accounts with strong potential for digital advertising investment.
- Execute daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage marketing decision‑makers and business owners.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess business goals, marketing challenges, and budget readiness.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos, clearly articulating the value of our advertising solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and deal stages.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new advertisers.
- Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to revenue, activity levels, pipeline development, and win rates.




- Document all interactions and deal details in Salesforce to maintain transparency and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional, phone‑based sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key decision‑makers.
