Norwegian speaking Sales Development Representative for Barcelona

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of Norwegian language with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.
- 20 months sales experience is preferred.
- Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
- CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Communication Skills:



strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
